Return & Refund Policy

At Zarshis Collection, we strictly quality-check every single unstitched suit before dispatching it to our customers. Because we deal in premium unstitched fabrics, our return and exchange policy is strict to ensure hygiene and quality control.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGES


We DO NOT offer cash refunds. We only offer exchanges or store credit.
An item is only eligible for an exchange if it meets the following criteria:

  • the item is defective, damaged, or has missing pieces (e.g., missing dupatta or embroidery patch) upon arrival.

  • you received the wrong item entirely.

  • you notify us within 7 DAYS of receiving the parcel.

  • the unstitched fabric MUST NOT be washed, cut, or stitched. if the fabric has been altered by a tailor in any way, the exchange claim is completely void.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • items bought on a clearance sale or during promotional discount events.

  • any fabric that has been cut, soaked, or stitched.

HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE


If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact our customer service team immediately via WhatsApp at +92-323-2524580 or email at zarshiscollection.pk@gmail.com.

You MUST provide:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A clear video and pictures of the defect or wrong item.
    Once our team approves the claim, you will be required to ship the item back to our warehouse. we will cover the return shipping cost ONLY if the error was on our end (defective or wrong item). Once we receive the defective item, we will dispatch the replacement item within 3 to 5 business days.
